What year was it built, and is it really all that tall compared to other radio masts? What else makes it unique.

It is the tallest of Russia from which I know and the second tallest construction in Russia I know (as from many other things in Russia there are only bare information available).
It was built in 2003.

The name of complex is 13th radiocenter of Moscow. There are dozen of masts. There should be number of mast. But I don't know it.
