Notes:

1. Once again, if a building doesn't even have a floor count, don't bother even posting it. That is why the first one wasn't added, among other reasons you should be very well versed in, now.

2. Second building not added unless you can find a rendering. Any proposal with an ending date of 2009 is a proposal in it's early stages bound to change, and perhaps even be cancelled. Once again, you know better.
