Change the status of Hannover tower to UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Construction has begun according to LosAngelesSportsFan. Also change the floor count to 27 floors.
Just drove by the Hanover site in Downtown LA and they have started digging so you might want to add it to the list if it qualifies.
