The hotel in the development has not been vacated & the low income tenants moved into a new building off of Market Street. The building will be remodeled & be available for market apartment rate rentals. II notice in the artist picture the external fire escapes are not there - we will see it that is accurate.

November 21, 2023 - The Brady on Market St. The web page lists it as on 1 Brady St. today black vertical panels are being affixed to the exterior of the building. I am quite pleased with the complex. Virtual tour of apartments at the web page: TheBradySF.com I do not like the exposed concrete ceilings. Bathroom is quite small.
