Very nice looking building, though I think it would be better without that crazy helipad. ;) I wonder if there's some sort of ordinance that requires helicopter access. |
lots of progress since I was there 10 months ago, looks great and gives a real presence to the city.

Ho Chi Minh has it going. I hope this tower and other subsequent develpoments will bring more recogition for Vietnam. Vietnam seems very underated.
