Though the designs are still in flux, Pearlstein did confirm that it would be one 12-story building. A roof deck would adorn the 12th floor, with an outdoor terrace on the 8th floor. Pearlstein expected the full project to be delivered in 18 months, or around March 2017.

The site today. One story Lululemon store has been demo'd. 6 story Brown Brothers Harriman Co. building to the left will house the flagship Under Armour store.

At the rate Pearl's going, we almost need to lump their smaller developments into a thread of their own. :rolleyes:

There is a work in progress sign posted on the fence on the lot. No rendering.

Now that I have found all of the "hidden" threads, I've finally realized which one this is. I've got a fantastic view of the demo from my office. I'll start posting pics soon.

^^ This. I hadn't even realized this project was as far along as it is! Awesome.

So the existing building will be connected to the new tower? Is that why they are ripping open the east side of the building?

How do we know this will be 12 floors?

Never mind. I see it in the article above.

So do we actually know what this 12 story building is supposed to look like?

This is one tight location. Not much access or room to operate.

Very interesting to see that this is under construction. We haven't even seen the design yet.
