great photos. it is like a bigger, more monumental pristina. more similar than skopje. i'm sure i'll eventually see this place for myself.

Tirana is Europe's best kept secret; it is cheap now, but one day it will be very expensive to live in. That land has been envied for many centuries due to the desirable geographic position and great weather.

I spent the summer there a few years back. Tirana has great weather, a gorgeous mountain backdrop, and easy access to some of the best beaches on the Adriatic.

I'm sure it's changed just in the time since I've been - it was developing rapidly, and was unveiling a major new city plan right after I left.

I can't decide whether to visit Tirana Albania or Toronna Ontaria.
