RECOMMENDATION AND JUSTIFICATION
Administration is in SUPPORT of this application because it:
● conforms with the Oliver ARP with respect to high rise residential development
located along Jasper Avenue;
● supports the further development of Jasper Avenue as a pedestrian-oriented
commercial street; and
● is compatible with surrounding development.

Demolition/site prep is underway.
