I really don't know what is exact location of it. It is in industrial zone, it is factory redevelopment project.

nice clean design. but the location is really out of place as since surrounded by low-rises. this needs to be in xinyi or taipei main station area.

The demolition for existing factory will start early 2012.

Environmental Impact Assessment is approved, the construction will start within couple of months.
