LIC... DoBro... Greenpoint/Astoria ... Jersey City (the Miami of the NJ) ... the Gold Coast (NJ) ... Midtown, Lower Manhattan, everything extending North of 59th street to Upper Harlem ... Flushing (queens) ... soon to be the Bronx waterfront district (keep an eye on the Bronx folks, its exploding right now with development and those waterfront parcels look very very promising pipeline wise).

Because the development contains affordable housing — 20 percent of the rental units will be affordable, as per the 421-a tax break requirements — its construction is considered “essential” and exempt from the shutdown.

History in the making!

Rising pretty fast now, but I Just can't wait to see it topped out. Once it passes Brooklyn Point in height, it will become the icon of Brooklyn.

Has the curtain wall/facade mock-up been built yet, I am curious what it will look like in reality. (not the digital renders)
