Very Interesting. It looks like this is just about topped out. I wonder why it hasn't drawn attention to other bloggers. (Only 1 comment?). Just curious, what is the "round podium" portion of this building? Offices? Hotel? Interesting concept.

^ I'm certainly impressed by it. The building is beautiful but the renders make it appear as though there is nothing near it for a block in any direction... I presume that some artistic licence was taken by the illustrator?
