I really like this one. Too bad it's not taller. Still, nice architecture.

its gonna be a big building when completed and in out skyline will look great!!! even if not the tallest

FastFerrari82 Sep 17, 2007 6:34 AM

one more thing...is the parking going to be above ground?...for a total of 14 stories...?

21bl0wed Sep 17, 2007 5:50 PM

Yes parking is above ground..It's technically only 14 stories but since the tower part of one of the penthouses is 3 stories they list it at 17. Kinda not a true 17 stories.

JACKinBeantown Oct 2, 2007 12:51 PM

Too bad this building doesn't take up half the block so it could be 25+ floors. Oh well, still looking forward to it's classy architecture.

METALMiKE Oct 2, 2007 10:19 PM

Looks like the 1st floor is almost done from the webcam. :)

FastFerrari82 Oct 8, 2007 5:16 AM

Austin and those other cities?

Dallas has more construction going on then Austin, we just cant build as tall because of the FAA.

depends on where it was in San Antonio
and if it wasn't lame.

Dallas is adding to it image, we are building up Uptown in dallas.
I like the Austin Build, but I dont know, im a traditionalist and im used to seeing the Capital building and that one bank bank tower as the main buildings in Austin. great additions but kinda spread out.
