New to the Forum from Sacramento

Hello everyone-

I just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Noah. I've lived in Sacramento for all 31 years of my life. I've always been a huge geek for railroads, construction, and real estate development. I have periodically lurked on this forum over the past few years. I think I learn something new about Downtown Sac's development every time I visit! It's very cool to see so many people with such a great concern for Sacramento's urban core.

I got my degree in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs from CSUS. I've been an assistant project manager for Township 9 for the past four years. Since about my first day at the office, I was buried with our infrastructure improvements -largely related to the Prop 1C Grant. Now, I finally have a little breathing room and can now get more involved with the marketing side of T9.

If any of you would like a tour of the project, please let me know and I could arrange that for the forum members. And if you have any questions about T9 I'd be happy to answer them.

Cheers

Noah

Thanks for posting! How do you feel about your degree? I'm in my later 20s a d am interested in that sort of thing, never took college seriously before but thinking about going back. How long did it take you? How's that program at Sac State?

What can we expect out of Township 9 in the next year? 5 years? 10 years?

Why is that apartment under construction on Richards Blvd so far away from the light rail station?

Hi Noah. Glad to see you posting and look forward to more contributions.

Looking forward to more progress on T9 in the future as well.
