Great Job!!! There are some really exciting projects here in 'Nap!

Intriguing. Haven't been to Indy for almost 5 years now. I would love to see some of this stuff on its way or done whenever I get back; especially the airport. :)

some pretty awesome looking projects and some pretty terrible ones...but overall well done!

Indy has some really cool projects in the works. I need to get back there soon.

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, granted by the US Green Building Council

They really need to change the name of that project. I look at it and I keep seeing "Slutz" lol

220-unit, 7 story apartment building with 18,000 sq. ft. retail on the corner of Senate Ave & Michigan St.

Drove by the cosmopolitan on the square site today....excavation is on the way!!! couple huge cranes out there and lots of activity....hopefully a web site will be up and running soon!

I didn't have any idea some of these projects were even going on. I am especially attracted to that JW Marriott.

The Stutz Towers Are Unique
 

Someone in here said that the proposed Stutz would be great if they got rid of the so-called "taser prongs." Are you kidding me? The towers are what make that building unique. It's called creativity. I realize Hoosiers don't much like creatitivity, but keep the "taser prongs"!

The Stutz and Legends District are the Best
 

Of all of the proposed building projects, the Stutz and Legends District have to happen. They are both gorgeous buildings.
