So here it is. I think brings to an end this little rendering blitz I have been on. Hope you all have enjoyed and it will inspire others to share.

Big mistake from my part, this one is a proposal, not U/C.

BIMBAM Apr 5, 2012 3:17 AM

Well, we all appreciated these updates! I hope this one happens.

Rico Rommheim Apr 5, 2012 3:26 AM

Oh I had a heart attack, I thought this one was u/c!!

Wow! Well I still love this project, and I love all these updates! Keep it up guys!

yarabundi Apr 5, 2012 1:10 PM

Still !!! If ever it will be built, with the addition of the Peterson that will change this section of downtown drastically !!

BIMBAM Apr 14, 2012 2:10 AM

Can someone move this to proposals? It's not u/c.

Rico Rommheim Apr 17, 2012 8:04 PM

NOT in construction. :)

Ayreonaut Apr 18, 2012 3:33 AM

I like it all; the tower, and at ground level. Hopefully this can legitimately be moved back to the u/c section eventually.

All the windows of the existing building are boarded up, and the tenants are all gone (including the ridiculous, and thankfully short-lived, Mr. Sofa furniture store). Anyone know if the high-rise plans for 2144 Bleury are going ahead?

Rico Rommheim Jun 8, 2012 7:07 AM

Let's all hope this one is a go. It's a fantastic project. But if I'm
Not mistaken, the intent is to make it an
Office tower, correct? If so I have serious doubts this one will go up snytime soon.

big T Jun 8, 2012 1:41 PM

Jringe01 Jun 18, 2012 12:58 AM

Cool...Thought at first this was that wavy thing, glad to see it's not cause it's much nicer. :-)

Jringe01 Dec 28, 2012 4:10 PM

Any updates on this one?

easy as pie Dec 29, 2012 2:39 AM

there's been nothing on this one in a very long time, i think it's more of a concept than a proposal that anyone seriously put forward. basically, a property owner will entitle a lot and throw in the architectural plans with the sale, usually because they have land but no money or desire for risk. build a plan, seek an investor, sell the lot entitled if you fail.

Rico Rommheim Dec 29, 2012 3:44 AM

Yeah this one wasn't ever a serious proposal. But I know that the plans to develop this land are still in the works.
