This is the second phase of the Centergy/Tech Square complex. Currently slated to have 250,000 sf of office space in 25 floors.

No word yet on height...

I like it! This will complement Centergy Phase I very well.

Now let's get the rest of this block and the one north of it developed.

pretty pretty building... and like was already said, will fit in great with tech square. what corner will this be on?

gttx Mar 3, 2008 7:47 PM

The building doesn't actually front 5th Street (which is strange, given the name). It will be directly north of the first Centergy phase, presumably across from Abercrombie Place.

This is a gorgeous building!

This is pure speculation but...

Apparently a company called WorthPoint is moving it's headquarters from Northern Virginia to the Advanced Technology Development Center which is in Centergy I....perhaps the move will jumpstart this project because I'm pretty sure Centergy I is fully leased.

tech

What would really be cool is if some high tech companies moved into this area then all of these engineers from Tech could Actually stay in Atlanta instead of moving like most of them have to do to find a job. I think we've built the lawyers ENOUGH ALREADY! For ONCE lets build something for the tech community.

But personally, I'd much rather live around engineers/scientists. I find them more interesting than your typical "upscale" frat/sorority types that move into these areas and make them stale.
