Identify this building?

Just an antique hand-colored photo I've had for a while, and would like to see if anyone can identify this building.

The back of the photo doesn't have a name of any info for it, so I'm curious. I get an Eastern European to maybe German or Polish feel to this

Looks like something from a worlds fair, dont know. Could be long gone if it were for a fair. The people look like they belong from the 40s or 50s, and judging by how many people are walking around, it just seems like something you would see from a Worlds Fair.

And I just did a quick search for 1940s world fair on google and bam, found it.
