I like it, not just a simple rectangle.

It seems sort of... awkward to me. Like a set of different towers that are merged with each other. It doesn't have a flow to it from bottom to top. It still looks pretty decent though.

Thats kinda ugly, 2727 Kirby is a damned looking skyscrapers, this thing just seems slapped together in Google Sketchup.

It's "everybody outtada pool" for the last few tenants in the Kirby Court Apartments. This parcel next to the portion that got sold to Hanover may be slated for a different development.
