Having a crane is not a criteria for a thread to be moved to the under construction sub-forum.

I saw footings however I now see it is just for the residential component. Sorry for my lack of reading abilities. :cool:

That's quite an excavation for just residential. HBJ indicated a building permit had been obtained for Kirby Grove, but didn't cite which piece of the project it was for.

I believe both the residential and office are U/C. They had a segment in the HBJ about the office one breaking ground soon.

The apartment building has two underground levels for parking, and the office building has one, so the excavation would be somewhat larger for a project of this size by default.
