Does the article state groundbreaking date?

I really, really like the red terracotta.

These proposed buildings are shrinking...

The other building, which is at 360’ according to the article, is about the same as it was in the OG renderings. In theory there should be a taller one on the lot right next to University Crossings on JFK. |
Love the color and terracotta and how it integrates with the streetscape! Not entirely sure on the design. Needs to sit with me a bit. I imagine it will be tweaked as all. But overall this still gets a "Hell yeah!"

Big Red has aged well in Chicago. I think this tower will too.

Can we TALK about those curvacious columns at the base? I'm so into this design.

I remember a proposal that actually covered the rails at 30th street but this is good

With the epidemic of shipping container waste and overload due to e-commerce we are living in, the prevalence of stacked boxes architecture we are currently seeing seems highly appropriate;) I like some of them. I do like this one quite a bit. Love the color. A splash of color in a see of gray and glass goes a long way.

And I added 3003 and 3025 JFK to my Schuylkill Yards model |
PHILADELPHIA | 3025 JFK | Schuylkill Yards Phase I | 361 FT | 29 FLOORS
Unfortunately most of the renderings focus on this building's taller, redder brother, so this'll have to do for now:
Title: 3025 JFK Project: Office, Retail Architect: PAU Developer: Brandywine Reality Trust Location: 3025 JFK, right next to the CSX "High Line" Neighborhood: 30th St Station District: University City Floors: 29 floors Height: 361'6" https://i.imgur.com/XsCn0iv.png https://i.imgur.com/cjM8Czg.jpg https://i.imgur.com/csNtvnL.png CDR Submission |

Get that weak butt Temple red away from campus, Drexel Orange or go home!
Or if it has to be red, make it orange first and then paint it as Prez Fry would want it. https://www.inquirer.com/philly/home..._s_campus.html |

I have a genuinely important question? What the heck is going to happen to the Megabus stop right outside of 3025 Market? Will it be moved? Will it continue operation? I'm aware of the plans to move it closer to 30th on a new pediment, but will that be constructed anytime soon? On another note, this project does pay very good homage to its railroad heritage in two ways; firstly, they're apparently going with PRR Maroon red for the base of 3003 JFK: https://i.imgur.com/rpw6I2S.jpg Secondly, the little plaza they're building in between the two developments will incorporate the High Line as a kind of canopy, and will have railroad track-esque markings all over the ground: https://i.imgur.com/PrPUqzf.jpg I can't wait to sit under this as a 3000 ton ST70AH runs above. |

Just to re-fresh it here, hopefully some of projects for 30th St. Station will happen sooner rather than later: http://www.phillydistrict30.com/current-projects-1 All this will transform the area in such a huge way! TOD is REAL...LOL. |
