New design for this tower to be in the works by Lifetime.

I don't think the Canada Tower was ever a serious proposal though, just something put together to make the property more marketable.

So there have been 4 proposals before this one for the site. Then I agree that it is toxic. But that never stops Canada's best city.

i love how they complain about shadows on NPS but that render shows a massive shadow being cast by the sheraton center...
