Pontefino I & II Condos in Bridgeland - Good or Bad Construction?

I'm considering buying a condo in the Pontefino I & II buildings in Bridgeland. They were built by Sandlewood Developments around 2005-6.

I understand that these buildings were poorly built and the owners in one of the buildings had to perform major repairs to the building. They also sued Sandlewood and won. Does anyone know anything about this? In particular, which building won the lawsuit against Sandlewood?
