We already talked about this, but apparently Macayo's is opening a new restauatant across the street! Win-win! Macayo's stays, ugly building leaves and Midtown gets more residents and density!

It's already in the development thread. Macayo's is not deserving of it's own separate thread. The food is awful.

I was wondering where my post went! I didn't mean to create a new thread. You can delete this, I thought i was posting in the Phoenix Dev thread.
