I like it, but not so much the unaligned balconies, which remind me of the Cantlie hotel on Sherbrooke (I always mentally shuffle the misaligned balconies for harmony).

M9 Phase 4 will be absolutely incredible. I'm kind of lukewarm on phase 3 though.

Look at that wasted opportunity on M9 phase 1. Its roof is completely barren, I reckon It'd be a perfect place to build a roof-top terrasse or green roof. I wish developers had a more refined vision when it comes to roof space utilization.

I agree. Unused rooftops are wasted ressources. Hopefully, it will be possible to do shomething with thoses in the future.

Same here. There is a model of the project at Dev McGill. Phase 4 is the focal point of the whole project. It'll help urbanize what will become Blvd Université or Bonaventure.

Went to the top terrasse of the M9-3 today, the view was just simply amazing.
If the picture didn't work, please notify me, I am kind of tired of having to use Flickr to share my files. I am using a mac that's why it might not work?

frenchcanadian, none of your pics work. You need to upload your pics on like flickr or imageshack, and then [IMG]INSERT IMAGE ADDRESS[/IMG].
