Extell has a big assemblage across the street. I assume they're unrelated projects, but you could potentially have three 800 ft+ towers join the existing streetscape in this area (Extell, the Eichner tower at 45 E.22, and this project).

Yea true. There are a couple of planned supertalls with Extell and I believe at least one with SHoP at the moment. Not yet revealed at the moment, but I would look forward to at least 2 or 3 more within the next couple of months; possibly end of 2015. The more leakers we get at YIMBY the better. Me and one of the mods there, hopefully also with Nikolai might plan a meeting in the city in the next couple of months. Sort of a forum meeting, and hopefully discuss some of these projects. Insider info is always good. :)

This actually may happen, if financing et al are secured, but we shall see...
