Here's a list of the projects that are under construction in Midtown Houston... most are within 5-10 blocks of each other.

- Camden City Centre Phase II - under construction
- Post Midtown Phase III - two lots seperated by a street under construction
- Post Midtown Phase IV - construction Summer 2012
- City Place - Phase II - Construction early 2012
- Scout Square office building (under construction)

This represents roughly 500 new apartment units, 15,000sq/ft. more office space, and a bevy of new commercial retail areas. Great things going on in Midtown Houston.

Great to hear. I lived in Midtown at the end of the last century. It was sweet then, sounds like its getting sweeter! We're in town quite often and usually make it over to Midtown to check things out. We almost pulled the trigger on a condo over in Midtown, but could never bring ourselves to take the safety off.

I have to say Midtown is becoming quite exciting. I just listed the major projects, but lots of retail and restaurants have already come on line. It's starting to develop lots of pedestrian traffic.
