Top 20 US Cities to find a Sugar Daddy

The Average US Sugar Daddy

In the United States, the average Sugar Daddy is 39 years old and has a41.2% chance of being married. He makes an average annual income of US$263,589, is worth about US$5.6 Million, and spends approximately US$4,357 a month on his sugar addiction. As for his sugar preferences, there is a 95.6% chance he is heterosexual, 3.8% chance he is homosexual, and 0.6% chance he is bisexual.

So what are the Top 20 cities with the best chances of nabbing a good Daddy? Well, we published this list today and when the media got a hold of them, some reporters wrote to us in disbelieve. An LA Weekly reporter refused to believe that his native Los Angeles isn’t the Sugar Capital of the world given Hef and his Playboy mansion was there. I explained to him that if we had compiled a list based on simply the number of sugar daddies, it would have been misleading since Los Angeles and New York, being the biggest metropolitan area by population would no doubt win. As such, the list we complied was by population density. What really mattered here is the number of sugar daddies per 1000 adult male in the city. So, guess which city topped the list?

1. San Francisco, CA – (3.51 per 1000)
2. Boston, MA – (2.47 per 1000)
3. Austin, TX – (2.35 per 1000)
4. Las Vegas, NV – (2.32 per 1000)
5. Los Angeles, CA – (2.31 per 1000)
6. Washington DC – (2.24 per 1000)
7. Hartford, CT – (2.21 per 1000)
8. Miami, FL – (2.14 per 1000)
9. New York, NY – (2.10 per 1000)
10. San Diego, CA – (1.85 per 1000)
11. Seattle, WA – (1.83 per 1000)
12. Tampa, FL – (1.79 per 1000)
13. Denver, CO – (1.72 per 1000)
14. Orlando, FL – (1.69 per 1000)
15. New Orleans, LA – (1.68 per 1000)
16. Dallas, TX – (1.54 per 1000)
17. Salt Lake City, UT – (1.50 per 1000)
18. Atlanta, GA – (1.41 per 1000)
19. Charlotte, NC – (1.37 per 1000)
20. Phoenix, AZ – (1.31 per 1000)

And what about the city with the most generous Sugar Daddies? Here is the average monthly SD budget from the top 20 most generous cities (Please note that monthly budget is NOT the monthly allowance, rather it is the total SD budget that includes gifts, travel, dining, shopping and allowances):

About the Bay Area, the Merc offers a little more insight:
And this man is more likely to live in San Francisco than any other city, including Las Vegas, Boston, or even New York. He also skews younger (37) in our neck of the woods and is twice as likely (7.2 percent) to be gay as he is in any other state

Never thought of "sugar daddys" as being in their 30s.

Centropolis Mar 28, 2012 2:39 PM

Yeah you need gray chest hairs or something.

NYCLuver Mar 28, 2012 3:58 PM

I'm in NYC and I've been looking, no luck. :haha:

Maybe I am finding all the 95% hetero ones instead of the one's I need.

I'm 31 and my chest hair is going white. Not to mention other unmentionable hairs.

Already have two.

$5,710 is low.

Why are SF sugar daddys so stingy compared to LA and NY? Didn't the bay area have the lousiest restaurant tippers too?

WilliamTheArtist Mar 29, 2012 12:59 PM

Sugar daddy, I can top that, I got me a "sugar twink" a doctor that makes more than me and is 20years younger and adores me. Though there were plenty of lonely and frustraiting years before, I guess hanging in there and "being the good guy that seems to always get stomped on" eventually does count for something. I couldn't be any luckier, and I really mean that. :)

According to the age breakdown of the average Sugar Daddy I could have been one in the past, for I am past the magical age of 39 and before I lost a lot of my personal wealth.

But anyway the state of Florida has to have the oldest [ age wise ] Sugar Daddys and Mommas of any US state base on my own perceptions and travels.

Somewhat interesting thread, but I thought this was going to be about which cities have benefitted the most from donations and projects funded by wealthy patrons. Seattle has Paul Allen, Fort Worth has (or had?) The Hunts. I'd like to see a ranking of how much impact individuals can have on cities. Any ideas?

The question you pose is interesting, not the original post.

SF is one of the most sexually liberated places, so I would think it has as much to do with market forces as anything else - something along the lines of "why rent the cow when you can get the milk for free" ...

That's a great idea. Maybe one of us should put a little effort into starting that thread.

I'm straight but a sugar twink sounds delicious. I imagine lots of powdered sugar and powdered whatever else.

vid Mar 30, 2012 1:53 AM

Twinks are basically the gay version of blonde, dimwitted bimbos. I'm surprised one of them managed to become a doctor. Not sure if you can call a guy in his 20s a twink though.

I don't think I've ever actually heard that term outside of porn before, anyway. And the term is indeed related to the ubiquitous American snack cakes; "golden brown and full of cream".
