This city reminds me of Sim City 2000. Same towers over and over. Other than the one being built of course.

I bet the hospitals are overfilled and crime is bad. Well, nothing that a small police kiosk can't fix. ;)

And if you add a small park or plaza, desirability goes up, and a 300m tower rises. All about getting the Co$$$ and R$$ citizens.

I was confused for a moment because Nanning sounds like it could easily be the name of a small(ish) English down somewhere like Hastings or Barking or Chipping.
