Well done--but where are the people?!

ShadowMaster Nov 24, 2008 8:59 PM

Once again, Flar! Excellent thread, Hamilton is preferentially growing with me.

These out takes are some of your nicest shots. I love the street with the trees and the house with the driveway in the middle. Lotsa good pics here. Good job.

Freakin awesome! I visited Hamilton for the second time last month. It appears I still have much more to see.

TANGELD_SLC Nov 25, 2008 9:49 AM

WOW flar those were awesome. Thanks!

Cool photos...

First off I hope Hamilton gets an NHL team! I'd much rather see Hamilton get it than a second Toronto team which they are talking about. :D

I am always impressed with Hamilton's skyline. I just wish there were some more modern glass towers. Everything looks pretty old school.

Thanks for sharing the photos!!! :D

Hamilton has got such sweet residential stuff. Glad you decided to post these.

A lot of these are good shots I've been wanting to use, but they didn't fit into the neighbourhood tours that I do.

There is a lot to explore in the Hammer. The good stuff is mostly off the main streets and in the lower city (below the mountain). Although Hamilton has a lot of gritty neighbourhoods, there is nowhere that is off limits, it's all safe. Feel free to send me a pm if you want to know some of the best areas to check out.
