I walked past the site yesterday. You are correct the construction trailer has been removed but Brigham thinks no groundbreaking until the fall. But I hope you're right about it getting ready to rise. The tower has been delayed already by a year.

Also, do we have a height on this? 801 Olive, by (rough) comparison, is 33 stories and 352 feet. 888 Olive is 33 stories and 375 feet.
