When I first saw it I thought it must be a parkade but then I thought it's too tall to be a parkade so I was astounded when I saw your caption mention "residences" because the only people that deserve to live in a building that ugly are hardened criminals. |

It was built in the 1970's. Its being recladded and will have 30 floors of new condos built on top.
