Is a render kind of like a draw?

Those Toronto renders are amazing. That's a city that is vastly expanding its skyline.

I was joking. Render is a verb, and rendering is a noun. Render=draw, and rendering=drawing.

I realize it's usually not good to correct people's English on SSP. But I'm guessing people want to know how to use words that are central to our area of interest.

Very few renderings post-ACC will you find, and none featuring multiple projects.

This is from 2006. A few of the proposed buildings already exist.

I didn't know you were an architect. On the other coast, I don't see the same slang.
