Design has changed. Not sure to what but you can't get much worse than the IBI Group.

This one has been significantly altered. I can't say I like the new look, but I guess we'll find out what the rental tower will look like in the end.

Ooohhhhhhh, this is what's supposed to built in that hole on College, I passed by it a few times in the last couple months and assumed it was another glass box being built, hm, atleast it's rental. :sly:
