Guys, I may have barked up the wrong tree lol I'm just so used to neighborhoods like Shaw, The Grove, Dogtown, Delmar Loop, Soulard, and Lafayette Square in St Louis which give me an artsy, like Bohemian, "hipster" feel to them every time I visit, and those neighborhoods are so different from this one. My bad guys lol

I would actually agree with you. My fellow LA former are, once again, being ultra-sensitive. The Arts District is mostly a neighborhood with a light-industrial urban fabric that's quickly being replaced with hipster housing and amenities. Honestly, it's destined to end up more like Manhattan's Meatpacking District than the Lower East Side.

Because hes going off streetview.and not an actual visit.

Im sorry, but st louis doesnt have more artsy/hipsters in those neighborhoods than the arts district.

Let me guess. You're from Houston/Texas/Miami/Atlanta.

:haha::haha:

I just took Sunset blvd from Downtown to the Sunset Strip. . It's pretty urban the entire way.

Why do you have to throw Miami under the bus like that ?

:shrug:

The Arts district looks somewhat like Wynwood in Miami.
Anyways nice proposal !
