Low-carbon and recyclable materials were used throughout the building and daylighting, natural ventilation, and passive design play an integral role in the building's performance. Inspired by surrounding forest, the shade-yielding metal facade features a perforated design modeled after the trunks of trees.

The office boasts a gross surface area (GSA) of 124,000 sq m and offers space for a total of 5,470 workspaces. The fact that the high-rise design should serve as a role model with regard to energy efficiency and sustainability is of major concern to the developer.

The old and new entities have no direct contact above the surface, though underground there is a tunnel that runs beneath the old farm, forming the base of the concept. Starting from the hotel reception, the tunnel disappears under the inner square through a contemporary glass volume.
