That has got to be one of the most beautiful "functional" towers out there, much better than the Pearl, IMO. Looks to possibly be an observation deck up there, too,

Seem like this is not alone at 610 meters TV Tower. There's other one, the New Tokyo Tower/Sumida Tower at 610 meters also.

Holy crap. I never imagined this would have gotten built and have said so for over a year now. Boy do I have egg on my face. Now im excited.
