What a fabulous tour of an awesome city.

I think this may quite possibly be my favorite Montreal thread I've seen on this forum. I've always liked the city, but I think I like it even more now. The sharp color contrasts are wonderful and I love the main focus of these photos being the buildings/structures in the area.

bravo young padawan :)
you've got a good eye, its all that it takes. |
wow, great job yet again. you always manage to capture some really original streetscapes or views that leave me in awe... like the cité-jardin shot, or this one from st. leonard:
http://img304.imageshack.us/img304/8...8560091xk2.jpg i'm sorry to report that i completely blew it this month. i hardly took any photos because it seemed like the only free time i had was on one of the 387 rainy days we've had this october. |
^ can't wait for your next thread. I would like to be a bit more «street scene» like you, but I am too shy to take people. I feel more comfortable with architecture. buildings don't ask questions. it's a mystery to me : are you really quick? does it show when you take someone as a main subject of your picture? do you have a miniature or an invisible machine?

A wonderfully eclectic collection of Montreal angles.

Awesome shots, love the view of the city from the hill. I can imagine it at night, no i cant, i have to see it in person.
