HOUSTON | 3100 Post Oak | HEIGHT | 26 FLOORS
 
Hicks Ventures in collaboration with Morris Architects unveils the 26 story 3100 Post Oak Blvd project.

This building is seeking LEED certification. It will contain ground floor retail (a retail space and a restaurant space), 8 levels of parking, and 18 floors of office space. The site overlooks the Lakes of Post Oak, just South of the Galleria. It will eventually front the light rail expansion Uptown Line. 452,000 rentable square feet.

i love this project not only because of it's looks but it's location. It's nice seeing more retail space around the Galleria area woots woots!

It looks like it will blend right in... I dont know if that's good or bad.

I like the first image better than the second. In fact, the more I look at it, the more I like the first image. With me, color is an important part of the design. It can really make the difference between drab and energetic.
