I really do like this part of Brooklyn. These houses covered a larger range decades ago but have been getting demolished with the growth of the city during that time. Replaced with apartment buildings, town homes and semi detached houses. Many still survive, thankfully. Beautiful set, Nexis.

Great shots! Brooklyn's urban fabric is so full of diversity. You've done a very good job capturing this relatively spacious/ low-density part of the borough here. SSP sees enough of Brooklyn but the emphasis usually tends to be on "Bourgeois Brooklyn"-- the belt that runs from Park Slope to Greenpoint...

I've never seen this area of Brooklyn before. It looks surprisingly similar to Portland's neighborhoods on the eastside.

More proof that New York really has it all.

Sweet. Looks like you may have crossed a bit into the Ditmas Park area with the more Victorian and Crafstman homes. Nice hidden area of Brooklyn.
