Nice shots! Syracuse has great bones. The Niagara Mohawk building is a masterpiece of Art Deco. If I ever moved back to upstate New York it would probably be my first choice to live in. It really ought to be upstate New York's Madison or Ann Arbor but the region is in too much of a long term cultural and economic funk to have one. Maybe it can aspire to being a smaller Pittsburgh.

That said, as an outsider that spent 4 years in the Finger Lakes for college, I enjoyed Rochester a lot more than Syracuse. |
Great pics! awesome sweet potato fries and maple butter. the "Bull and Bear" on Water street...Syracuse has some great bones for sure..Luv that old Art Deco style..We just don't see much of that up here...It's funny how if Syracuse was a Canadian city it would be considered a major one in the same vein as a Winnipeg or a Hamilton...Thanks for posting, and I hope to catch an Orange game sometime..
