Beautiful Boise aerials

These amazing aerial images of Boise are from a company called Idaho Airships (website: http://www.idahoairships.com).

I’ve admired their work for a long time. This is just a sample of some of the photos they’ve taken of the city in recent years and posted on their Facebook page.

All photos are watermarked with their copyright, so I hope it’s okay for me to post them. If one of you is affiliated with Idaho Airships and want me to take these down, please let me know and I will do so promptly.

I was going to share these in the "found city pictures" folder but wanted to make sure I gave credit first to Idaho Airships here first.

Enjoy!

I posted these, along with many others on here and in the found city photos subforum a year or so ago, but these never get old. The view down Parkcenter is still one of my all-time favorites, I just wish the color was a little crisper like it is on some of the others.

That train station is gorgeous. Is it still an active depot? I'd like to see more of it.

Active in different respects. If you haven't already googled it by now then here is a link telling whats up with it now a days. I wish it still had Amtrak service running.

I love these photos.

I am confused why each of these complexes were built so far off the street. The layout seems haphazard with the surface parking plus huge parking garage. Plans to build on these lots?

The Plaza area by the apartments is zoned for a hotel. There is an alley between St. Luke's parking garage and the apartments.
