Professional...I wish!

Stratford is a small city of about 30,000 but it has a large downtown and many old neighbourhoods of big brick homes. I didn't do Stratford's residential justice in these photos--there are literally hundreds of beautiful Victorian homes. One of the most striking things about Stratford are its streetscapes (both residential and commercial), which were very nicely planned. Many of the streets are beautiful and architecturally cohesive. I also didn't show Stratford's parks, which also play an integral part in making this such an aesthetically pleasing city.

Looks like a few of the mountain towns here in Colorado, just a little larger. This place even has a Coloradan business - the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. They are from Durango, Colorado. Great thread, as always!

Nice pictures. I've heard great things abour Stratford, and seen it in other people's pictures (like Jaybird, who actually lives somewhere near there). I've never seen the downtown area too much, though. It's pretty impressive.
