According to the Star-Telegram, The Shops at Clearfork has tentatively signed several luxury boutiques:

- Burberry (DFW's second)
- Louis Vuitton (DFW's fifth)
- Tiffany & Co. (DFW's third)

Neiman Marcus plans to open 2017.

If you look closely at the master plan of ClearFork, future phases show several buildings which appear to be 8-9 floors in height. This is quite a dense development and is shaping up to be rather walkable.

General Electric to move up to 225 locomotive production jobs to Fort Worth from Erie, Pa.

Under those terms, the group, Niles City Resort Ltd., would be required to invest a minimum of $21 million by December 2019 to develop a four-star hotel. The hotel would be required to have at least 40 full-time employees on staff a year later.
