why do taiwanese always like to build these buildings with really deep inset windows??
From the style perspective, I don't like when the windows are so deep, without balcony. But it's very good to give you shadow during summer when the sun is high in the sky.
yea i figured its due to taiwanese hatred of the sun. but why cant they put up curtains/blinds like rest of the world? the designs with these deep inset windows really doesnt look good. an example of taiwanese functionality/practicality dictating design!! :sly:
