I'm sure the blow-through floor won't look nearly as bad as the two-story interruption in Aqua about 2/3 of the way up. I don't know if it's a mechanical floor or where they decided to put the building amenities, but it's a pretty glaring flaw in an otherwise beautifully sculptural building.
I'm sure there are strong opinions on here, but they predate my involvement in this forum. |
^I hate it. They should have built it 30 levels lower or added 'arbitrary' balconies.
Anybody remember the Architectronica proposal? Those were some blow through floors:tup: |
This was today from Harborside International Golf Center. Roughly 14-15 miles from downtown. Vista has already cemented its position in the skyline.

I think the same when I'm anywhere with a distant view of the city. Sears, AON, and JHC always have the most impact. No matter what the vantage point.

Also, never knew the skyline was so glorious from that far south, amazing! |
Haha I wasn't clever enough to realize I was making a pun but it does make sense!
