Calgary - The Bow, 58 storeys, 238m

Shanghai - Shanghai Tower, 128 storeys, 632m :D

No shortage of construction here (mostly infill) but sadly our tallest here is the Louis-Boheme, 28 floors and its topped off. Once this building will be finished I believe our tallest will be some barn in the west-island or some triplex on Rene-Levesque....

I don't ever want to see something that ridiculously tall in Calgary, we don't need anything like that and it would just ruin our skyline.

It sure would, but a well located 300m would be nice.:)

Maybe even a 350m!

I like how Canadian skylines just have a lot of smaller towers, not a few really tall ones. Makes for a more visually pleasing skyline IMO.

Edmonton has Epcor Tower under construction. Will be about 450 feet/137m, or Edmonton second tallest.

After the Louis-Boheme, the tallest U/C in Greater Montreal will be the Blu Rivage in Longueuil at 25 stories.

Any pics of Epcor? I haven't seen how it's doing in a long time.

Thanks for all the numbers so far. :)

In terms of large(r) cities I'm still missing Victoria, Saskatoon, Regina, Windsor, Toronto and Quebec.

le calmar Oct 26, 2009 1:16 AM

Quebec City tallest U/C is Complexe Jules-Dallaire... The official height is unknown I think. I would guess something around 75m.
