Need a suggestion
 

Hi,
I need some suggestion and advice. I have a Shop & Retail store at Curzon Street, North Melbourne. I want to sell it but before selling, the building needs some renovation work of carpentry and flooring. One of my friend suggested me to hire skilled labour from a company but I want to renovate it by contracting with any builder. Can anyone suggest to me that what should I do?
