Dude, thanks so much for posting these, or should I thank your new baby for needing soothing! Great to see all the projects blowin' and goin.'

Not much work has been going on lately...not sure what the hold up is. McKinley Row was supposed to break ground in January too but the lot is still covered by mounds of dirt (to be fair, some work has been done to remove but about half is still left)

I drive by the Metrowest site on Roosevelt daily, they're working at a slow pace due to permitting and utilities. Their site on McKinley is active as well albeit at a snail's pace. Both buildings will continue to move forward.
