That last pano is sick!

^No kidding. Incredible clarity.

Calgary's built environment is quite impressive; the central area's cluster is very balanced and dense. Great pictures, too, by the way.

wisla_krakow Dec 18, 2008 7:10 AM

oh hell yeah.

stupac14 Dec 18, 2008 7:46 AM

Ditto to what everybody already said. Awesome pics, awesome city.

mersar Dec 18, 2008 7:52 AM

That last pano is very nice. Not often you can actually see the letters on the hill in front of the hospital and actually be able to read what they say :) Seeing how many cars are in the parking lot there is also quite a shock, I didn't realise it got that full (and thats all hospital staff between the two hospitals in the area)

I can see 14 cranes in that shot alone, not bad considering its on the other side of downtown from where most of them were when it was taken (and 2 of those 14 are now gone)

Woo-wie, that's quite the collection. To echo every other post so far, the last one is the icing on the cake.

really love the night shots

jowens Dec 18, 2008 1:14 PM

Love it. Need to make a trip there!

Ayreonaut Dec 18, 2008 1:53 PM

Noiiice. Can't wait to get back home.

You make some awesome panos. My favourite actually is the first autumn pano from crescent heights. One of the best views one can get of a skyline.

The last one shows how hilly the western half of the city really is.

Surrealplaces Dec 18, 2008 5:08 PM

Excellent Photos Nathen! I forgot how many panos you've done over the last year. That Autumn shot from Crescent Hill is money!

Jimby Dec 18, 2008 5:14 PM

a great collection of panos, the last one is amazing!!!

Witty Nickname Dec 18, 2008 5:33 PM

Thanks for checking out the photos!

My personal favorites are the 1st, 5th and the last image.

stepper77 Dec 18, 2008 5:41 PM

Beautiful shots, all of them! As far as skylines, Calgary has quickly become one of my favorites in Canada. Thanks!

Oh my! :slob: :slob: :slob: :slob: :slob: :slob:

You should sell that last pano to the Calgary tourist board and make $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ from it my man!

The panos are great! And the skyline would be even better when those new 700 footers rise up.

Spring2008 Dec 18, 2008 8:51 PM

Well done Regulator, you're Mr.Pano-man!!

peanut gallery Dec 18, 2008 9:53 PM

System requirements to view this thread: a super-wide monitor and waterproof keyboard for the drool. Simply amazing. Calgary's skyline is almost perfectly balanced and proportioned.
