Yesterday, this is a small but condensed update, starting with a shot of the front of the Montgomery Tavern, which is the front and soon to be restaurant space that'll be part of a 27 floor rental tower complete by next year, with E Condos in the background

Wow, that really puts the tower in context....that's amazing. I do wonder what the watery block on the right is....I first thought It was a river but that would make no sense.

^^^^ New curb work going in. It looks like they have removed a bunch on angle parking spots for a driveway in front of the hotel door. On the right side of the photo can been seen some of the brick work. Further down on the front of the hotel (just to the upper right of the white sign) can be seen huge electrical and gas service infrastructure. Facing the street. It looks terrible. Hopefully it will be hidden by landscaping or something.

I can't tell if the second floor has been poured or not... The second floorplate is quite small as there are double height lobbies. The black siding on the hotel looks fantastic in person.
